General director of State Enterprise “Production Association Yuzhny Machine – Building Plant named after A.M. Makarov” Sergii Voyt was entered into the list of the 33 best managers of 2018 under version of Focus (https://focus.ua/ratings/398979/).
Focus has rated the best top-managers from 11 key economy sectors of Ukraine: agrarian, financial, industrial, oil and gas production, IT and telecommunications, retail, food industry, building and development, pharmaceutics, car market, transport and infrastructure. About 100 industry experts and analysts participated in the survey.
The respondents named the most effective in their view managers and explained why they consider them to be worthy of the title of the best top-manager in his sector. A nominee for the title of the best top-manager got one score for each expert voice or recognition of colleagues. Three winners of each economy sector were determined by summation of the scores.
The list also includes managers of the following companies: Interpipe, Saturn, DTEK Oil&Gas, NAK Naftogas Ukrainy, agricultural holdings Kernel and Astarta etc.
