The group of American experts from the company “Orbital” arrived on 25 October on YUZHMASH to audit of the two products the basic design of the first stage (BDFS) on the program “Antares”. During the audit, the plant workers informed of the works performed. The specialists of “Orbital” examined the products at the final stage before shipment, inspected the process of loading onto the railway platform, and got acquainted with the course of performance of work on the next product.
After being the American side decided to move to a new, more powerful engine RD-180, experts of the enterprise decided many complex design, technological and organizational problems on the engine adaptation to carrier rocket.
October 27 the first stage of the launch vehicle was sheathed and loaded on a railway platform.

At the same time in the assembly department the work is continuing on the installation of systems in the basic design of the first stage, which is to be definitively collected up to the end of November.
