From 11 to 14 October in Kiev at the International Exhibition Center (Brovarsky pr-t, 15) was held X International Aviation and Space Salon “AVIASVIT – XXI” and the XIII International Specialized Exhibition “Arms and Security”.
At the opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by Secretary of the National Security Council and Defense of Ukraine A.V. Turchinov, Ukrainian Interior Minister A.B. Avakov, Ukrainian Defense Minister S.T. Poltorak, chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine V.N. Muzhenko and others.
The space industry of Ukraine was presented of the joint exposition of the State Enterprise “Production Association Yuzhny Machine-Building Plant named after A.M. Makarov ” and Yuzhnoye State Design Office (Dnieper), also stand treasury enterprise of special instrumentation ” Arsenal ” (Kiev)
On the stands of the enterprises were represented by models of carrier rockets “Zenit-3SL”, “the Antares”, liquid rocket engines, bellows, spherical balloon, and advanced developments of the vehicle of heavy class “Mayak-33-4T” and satellite “Sich-3-O “, and advanced developments of a cruise missile” Grom” and operational-tactical missile complex “Korshun”.
The stand of YUZHMASH and DO “Yuzhnoye” was visited by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine A.V. Turchinov. At the meeting the representatives of the plant and DO represented the presentation about activities and the development potential of enterprises.
In the framework of the exhibition were held a number of meetings and negotiations with representatives of the partner companies.
