Today, on 1 October, the delegation of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Ukraine headed by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador Mr. Monawar Wali visited YUZHMASH. The visit was held in the framework of a working visit to Dnipro.
From the Afghan side, the meeting was also attended by the Counsellor of the Embassy Mr. Sadat Said Anwar, the Embassy Counselor, the translator Ms. Raufi Pantea and the representative of the CCI of Ukraine Artem Taranenko.
The purpose of the visit is to discuss possible cooperation in the space industry.
During the meeting, the guests were presented a movie about the production capabilities of YUZHMASH.
General Director of YUZHMASH Sergii Voyt noted that this is the first visit of representatives of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to our company.
On his behalf, the Ambassador assured that his country is ready for fruitful cooperation.
The members of the delegation also visited the main assembly workshop, where they got acquainted with the production facilities of YUZHMASH and with samples of rocket and space technology.
