On September 14, 2019 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Republic of Turkey to Ukraine Mr. Yağmur Ahmet Güldere visited SE “PA UMZ named after A. Makarov” during his visit to Dnipro. The visit took place within the celebration of the City’s Birthday.
Mr. Güldere was accompanied by the First Secretary of the Embassy Mr. Berat Ilker Ozsüer and the Second Secretary of the Embassy Mr. Baran Türkmen.
The deputies general director Oleg Lebedev, Viktor Harmash and the chief designer Serhii Spirkin participated in negotiations on behalf of YUZHMASH. During the meeting the further cooperation in the field of research and use of space forpeaceful purposes was discussed.
A film about YUZHMASH’s history and manufacturing capability was shown to the members of the delegation. Distinguished guests also familiriazed with facilities of the enterprise and with samples of output products in the main assembling workshop for launch vehicles.
The meeting was held in a nice and friendly atmosphere.
