Launch of the European carrier rocket “Vega”

Today, about 03:52 am at Kiev time, there was a regular launch of the Vega carrier rocket from the Kourou cosmodrome in French Guiana.

This is the second launch of “Vega” carrier rocket in 2020 as well as the seventeenth on the Arianespace program.

This time, the rocket-carrier had to launch two satellites: the first was for the European Space Agency (ESA) and Spain, the second was for the French Space Agency (CNES).

Unfortunately, during the operation of the fourth stage, the telemetry according to its deviation from the given trajectory  was received. The satellites have been declared lost.
