In June-July of the current year on the Internet resources ukrainianwall.com and politeka.net came the publication of a provocative nature: “the Crisis at the Pivdenmash” (https://goo.gl/7dMwfe) from 27.06.2017, “it’s time to work for the enemy” (https://goo.gl/6kXHFT) from 05.07.2017, “Management for the destruction Yuzhmash” (https://goo.gl/Tcj5PR) from 07.07.2017, etc., which falsely reflected the state of Affairs at the enterprise.

PIVDENMASH as a representative of the rocket and space industry of Ukraine, focused on the world market and has existing contractual obligations to foreign partners. Untruthfulness of publications harms such relations, so the enterprise, under the current legislation of Ukraine, actions taken to protect their business reputation.
