The main activity of State Enterprise “Production Association Yuzhny Machine — Building Plant named after A. Makarov” is production of non-standardized equipments, production tools, instruments, including measuring instruments.
Large-size as well as small size details are manufactured at the mechanical equipment. Also, there is a possibility of machining of 5 meter diameter and 3 meter length constructions on the rotary table boring machine.
At the present time new type of activity is developed, namely, designing and production of equipment for oil and gas industry as well as water wash of gas emission from hard fraction in energetic, coal-mining, chemical and metallurgical industries.
One of the company’s manufacturing directions is manufacture of the production tools:
- die molds for casting plastic details, rubber details and thermosetting plastic;
- transfer molds for casting from aluminum, nonferrous and copper alloys materials details;
- die tools, including hard-alloy, for details production from steel, brass and other rolled metal.
The most famous items are produced with complex’ equipment could be seen in our daily life: sport facility chairs, television frames, bulb bowls, radio recorder panels, VAZ bumpers, telephones, etc.
Technical availability of production complex allows producing high quality tools almost for all type of machining.
